These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aibuildrs.com and any services provided by AI Buildrs LLC ("AI Buildrs", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting the site, submitting a contact form, booking a strategy day, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

1. Who we are

AI Buildrs LLC is a U.S. company that designs and builds custom AI infrastructure for service businesses. Our flagship product is The AEO Engine (theaeoengine.com).

2. Our services

AI Buildrs provides:

  • Bespoke AI systems
  • Voice AI implementation
  • AI-powered sales and growth signal automation
  • Answer Engine Optimization (via The AEO Engine)
  • Fractional AI engineering engagements

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work, proposal, or signed contract). These Terms cover your use of the website itself and the general relationship — they are not a substitute for the engagement agreement.

3. Use of the site

You may browse aibuildrs.com for personal and lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the site to violate any law or regulation
  • Attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems
  • Interfere with the site's operation, scrape it at scale, or use automated tools to harvest content beyond what robots.txt and llms.txt permit
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any non-open-source component
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding, copy, design, code (other than open-source components used under their respective licenses), schema, and visual assets on aibuildrs.com are the property of AI Buildrs LLC or its licensors. You may share or quote our content with attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit substantial portions without prior written permission.

The AI Buildrs name, logo, and The AEO Engine brand are trademarks of AI Buildrs LLC.

5. Bookings, calls, and proposals

When you book a strategy day or request a proposal:

  • We will respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 business hours)
  • Initial discovery calls are not paid engagements
  • Any paid work begins only after a written agreement is signed by both parties
  • Pricing quoted in proposals is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise

6. Payment terms

For paid engagements, payment terms are defined in the relevant agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
  • Late payment may incur reasonable interest and recovery costs
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, etc.)

7. Confidentiality

Information you share with us about your business during discovery, proposals, or active engagements is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as required to deliver the service or by law. We may reference the engagement publicly (e.g. as a case study or testimonial) only with your written permission.

8. Third-party services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (Vercel hosting, Google Analytics, payment processors, calendar tools, CRM, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party sites.

9. Disclaimers

The site and any free content (blog posts, llms.txt, downloadable resources) are provided "as is". We make no warranty that:

  • The site will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Information on the site is current, complete, or applicable to your specific situation
  • AI tools, methodologies, or strategies described will produce specific business outcomes for you

Any business advice, technical guidance, or AI strategy content on the site is general in nature and is not a substitute for engaging us (or another qualified provider) to assess your specific situation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AI Buildrs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or any content on it
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site (excluding paid engagements which are governed by their own contracts) shall not exceed USD 100

This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AI Buildrs harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the site
  • Your violation of any law or third-party right while using the site

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including suspected misuse. These Terms remain in effect for any past use of the site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If you are based in the UK, EEA, UAE, or Africa, you retain any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
